Turkey Burgers Without Breadcrumbs

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 v freshly chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced onions

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a large bowl to add ground turkey meat with garlic, egg, chopped parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. For seasoning add salt and pepper as per your taste. You can mix them all well and then simply make four flat patties
  • Heat the oil together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook until golden brown and heated through, around 5 minutes per side. Serve with preferred toppings on a bun.
