Mexican Fruit Salad With Whipped Cream

Bionicos are a combination of fresh fruits drizzled with sweet cream and with some granola, shredded coconut and pecan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cantaloupe
  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 3 Kiwi
  • 2 Apple
  • 2 Mango
  • 1 Small Papaya
  • 2 Banana
  • 5 Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mexican Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Mexican Vanilla Blend

Instructions
 

Cutting Fruits

  • Cut fruits into small bite-sized pieces in a bowl
  • Mix all the fruits together in a bowl

Making Cream

  • In a bowl, add half of the condensed milk, just half a cup.
  • Add 1/2 a cup of vanilla yogurt
  • Add 1/2 a cup of the Mexican sour cream
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Mexican vanilla blend
  • Mix and combine all of the cream together.

Serving Our Mexican Fruit Salad

  • Take a serving bowl and just add a little bit of cream and then add mixed fruits
  • Drizzle a little bit of the cream on top also
  • Top it up with some coconut or you can even add raisins if you want
  • Drop some granola and pecans too

Notes

Use cold cream to make whipped cream
