To marinate the pieces of chicken breasts, add a cup of Louisiana hot sauce in a bowl.

Then add half a tablespoon of salt, half a tbsp black pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons of hot chili powder.

Now marinate Chicken in this for 5 hours or if you want the best quality, marinate overnight.

So first things first, put some plain white flour in a bowl and put it aside.

Boil canola oil heating on a medium-high heat for about 20 minutes.

After 20 min, use a stick or a wooden spoon to put in the oil and if you see bubbles, then it’s ready.

Put marinated chicken breasts into the plain white flour bowl we set aside earlier.

Dip it into it very well.

Now, you can put the buffalo chicken sandwich on a skillet with low heat and grill it for 2-3 minutes or until the bread/bun turns brownish.

Turn the side of the crispy fried buffalo sandwich and grill the other side too.

After grilling, remove the crispy fried buffalo chicken cheese sandwich from the skillet and serve on the dish with extra blue cheese or sandwich sauce.
