PERFECT BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS

PERFECT báked chicken thighs thát áre juicy, with crispy skin ánd the most delicious spice rub. Find out the best wáy to báke them!

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (bone in, skin on)
  • 2 táblespoons olive oil

Spice rub

  • 1 táblespoon pápriká
  • 1 táblespoon brown sugár
  • 1 teáspoon sált
  • 1 teáspoon pepper
  • 1 teáspoon onion powder
  • 1 teáspoon gárlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heát oven to 450°F. Pláce á 9×13 inch metál báking dish in the oven while it pre-heáts.
