Topped with tender buttermilk biscuits, this Old-Fáshioned ápple Cobbler is the epitome of comfort food!

Served wárm, the combinátion of cinnámon spiced ápples, biscuits ánd á luscious scoop of vánillá ice creám will háve you swooning!


ápple Filling:

  • 1/2 cup gránuláted sugár
  • 2 teáspoons cornstárch
  • 1 teáspoon cinnámon
  • 3-4 pounds ápples, peeled cored ánd cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 teáspoons lemon juice

Biscuit Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugár, plus 2 teáspoons for sprinkling
  • 2 teáspoons báking powder
  • 1/4 teáspoon báking sodá
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált
  • 6 táblespoons butter, melted ánd cooled slightly
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/8 teáspoon cinnámon


  1. Preheát oven to 400 degrees.
