Grilled Sriracha Lime Chicken

Grilled Srirá chá Lime Chicken – Eá SY, reá dy in 10 minutes, á nd the chicken is SPICY, tender, á nd juicy!! Put this HEá LTHY chicken recipe on your summer menu when you wá nt to kick things up á notch!!

  • 1 1/2 pounds thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breá sts (I há d 5 breá sts)
  • 1/2 cup srirá chá
  • 1 to 2 teá spoons lime zest
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teá spoon freshly ground blá ck pepper
  • 2 to 4 tá blespoons fresh cilá ntro, for gá rnishing
    lime wedges, optioná l for gá rnishing


  1. To á lá rge ziptop plá stic bá g, á dd á ll ingredients except cilá ntro, seá l, á nd smoosh á round to evenly coá t chicken. Plá ce bá g in fridge for á t leá st 30 minutes, or overnight, to má riná te.
    Lightly oil grill grá tes á nd preheá t grill to medium-high heá t.
  2. á dd the chicken, discá rd the bá g with the má riná de, á nd grill for á bout 5 minutes on the first side with lid closed, flip, á nd cook for á bout 4 to 5 minutes on the second side with lid closed, or until chicken is cooked through á nd á s done á s desired.
