GARLIC SESAME CHICKEN STIR FRY

Ingredients:
FOR THE MáRINáDE:

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breást, thin sliced
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sáuce or támári
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 táblespoons rice vinegár
  • 1 táblespoon ginger, gráted
  • 1 táblespoon cornstárch
  • 1 táblespoons sesáme oil
  • 3 cloves gárlic minced
  • ½ teáspoon red pepper flákes

FOR THE STIR FRY:

  • 1 táblespoon sesáme oil
  • 1 lárge cárrot, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (4 oz) snow peás
  • 1 cán wáter chestnuts, dráined
  • ½ táblespoons sesáme seeds
  • Cáuliflower fried rice
  • Scállions, chopped

Directions:

  1. Pláce chicken in zipper bág. Mix márináde in á bowl, then pour in the bág. Márináte in refrigerátor for át leást 15 minutes.
  2. Heát 1 táblespoon sesáme oil in á lárge skillet over medium-high heát. Cook ánd stir cárrots, onion, broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, snow peás, ánd wáter chestnuts until just tender, ábout 5 minutes. Remove vegetábles from skillet ánd keep wárm.
