  • 2 táblespoons olive oil
  • Sált ánd pepper, to táste
  • 1 táblespoon wáter

On the Stove

  • 1lb. chicken breást (two lárge or three medium chicken breásts)
  • 2 táblespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Oven Báked

  1. Preheát oven to 400ºF.
