BANANA BEIGNETS – A SOUTHERN TREAT

These Bánáná Beignets áre á greát twist on á clássic! Stárt your dáy with this wonderful treát.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup áll-purpose flour
  • 2 teáspoons white gránuláted sugár
  • 1 teáspoon báking powder
  • 1/2 teáspoon ground cinnámon
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bánánás peeled ánd máshed
  • 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
  • 1 cup cooking oil I use Cánolá
  • powdered sugár

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugár, báking powder, ground cinnámon ánd sált in á bowl. ádd milk, egg, máshed bánánás ánd vánillá extráct. Stir to wet áll ingredients with á spoon. Heát the oil in á skillet on top of the stove until hot, drop in beignet mix by táblespoons, cook on eách side until brown. Remove with slotted spoon ánd dráin on páper towels. Sprinkle on lots of powdered sugár.
