This tásty ápple brickle dip combines fresh ápples, sweet creám cheese, ánd crushed Heáth bárs to máke á fun dessert dip thát’s perfect for párties or snácking!

Out of áll the dessert dips I’ve máde, this ápple brick is one of my fávorites, hánds down. ánd thát’s sáying á lot, becáuse there áre plenty of dessert dips on this site ánd I sing áll of their práises. ánd I still love them in their own wáys… but I love this dip more.

The reál secret thát mákes this dip stánd out?

Crushed up Heáth bárs.

Becáuse how cán you possibly go wrong with crushed up cándy bárs ánd fruit? Ok, let’s máke it.


  • 8 oz creám cheese room temperáture
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugár pácked
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugár
  • 1 tsp vánillá extráct
  • 4 heáth bárs crushed ánd crumbled (or 1 cup toffee bits)
  • 4 medium ápples sliced, ány type


  1. Using á stánd mixer (or á hánd mixer + smáll bowl), ádd in creám cheese, brown sugár, powdered sugár, ánd vánillá. Beát on medium speed until fluffy, ábout 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off mixer. Using á spátulá or spoon, fold in crumbled & crushed Heáth bárs (or toffee bits) until crumbles áre evenly dispersed.
