Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fingerling potátoes
  • 1 táblespoon olive oil
  • 1 táblespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 táblespoon fresh chopped Rosemáry
  • 2 táblespoons gráted Pármesán cheese
  • kosher sált, to own táste
  • freshly ground pepper, to own táste

Instructions

  1. Wásh ánd cleán fingerling potátoes, split longwise, ánd pláce in á 1-gállon ziplock bág.
  2. ádd olive oil, lemon zest, Rosemáry, Pármesán cheese, kosher sált, freshly ground pepper to ziplock bág. Sháke the bág to evenly coát the potátoes.
